It is located on the left bank of the river, in the Bovar area. It is popularly known as the Molí l’Aspenta because it was partially swept along as a result of one of the floods of the Vinalopó. It has a rectangular structure of 10 meters in length and 5 meters wide, with a vaulted semi-basement, a ground floor and a first floor for the drying of the paper. It is currently in ruins.
It can only be seen from the outside.
