Fire Museum MUBOMA

The so-called Taco Factory is an example of the conversion of large industrial buildings for cultural use.

This remarkable building, built in ashlar stone next to the river, houses the Provincial Fire Museum, where the heritage that the different fire stations in the province of Alicante have been treasuring over time is preserved and displayed.

From the first vehicles used in the extinction work, through all kinds of objects, tools and equipment, clothing, and in short, the history of this citizen service turned into a unique museum collection.
