Building owned by the city council, inaugurated in 2011. It is a unique and modern building, with a total area of 1,103 square meters. The ground floor houses an exhibition hall as well as other spaces and services linked to it. The mezzanine floor is dedicated to storage and the first floor to archives and a study and consultation room.
